I made jalapeno jelly last summer because I could get TONS of jalpenos from the local Amish farmers for $0.25 a pound! My family thought I was nuts until they tried it. My dad has went thru numberous jars of it eating with with ham, dried beans, cream cheese, hard cheeses, and pork. He is in love with it! He has already requested that I can more of it this year.

I got the recipe out of Ball Blue Book of Preserving.
