SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground meat 3 slices bread, moistened Garlic salt SAUCE: 1 (8 oz.) jar grape jelly 1 bottle chili sauce 1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
Mix together the ground meat, bread, and garlic salt. Shape into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and brown in skillet.
In saucepan combine the ingredients for the sauce. Cook together until melted, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs and cook over low heat for about 1 hour.

2 lbs. hamburger SAUCE: 1 jar chili sauce 3/4 cup grape jelly 1 or more green peppers, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 (20 oz.) can chunked pineapple and juice
Roll into balls, brown, adding salt and pepper to taste. Put in crockpot or Dutch oven.
Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
Let simmer on low heat several hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

SAUCE: 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce 1 jar grape jelly 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 small (8 oz) can crushed pineapple MEATBALLS: 1 lb. ground beef 1 cup instant/Minute Rice (uncooked) Chopped onion Salt & pepper Dash garlic powder Dash paprika
Combine sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and heat slowly.
Combine ingredients for meatballs and form into balls approximately the size of a ping pong ball. Place balls into sauce and cook. May be simmered on top of stove or in a 300 degree oven until meat is done.
Serve on a platter by placing a meatball in the center hole of pineapple rings. Pour sauce over top or serve on the side.
