I am hunting for a recipe for a beef version of a "Forfar Bridie", (which is made with pork, including a lot of fat.) What I require is basically made with ground beef with onion and herbs, rolled to a sausage shape, inside puff pastry, but I can't find a recipe anywhere. I tried talking two local bakery sources into giving me their recipe, but no such luck. Maybe I am looking under the wrong name for a recipe? The nearest I came was "pigs in a blanket" but I dont want to use sausages of any type. Please, can anyone help me???
