SPINACH SALAD WITH STRAWBERRIES, BANANAS, AND WALNUTS AND POPPY-SESAME DRESSING
DRESSING: 1 1/2 cups oil 1 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/3 cup poppy seeds 1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted SALAD: 1 lb. fresh spinach 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced 4 medium bananas, sliced 1 cup chopped walnuts
Prepare dressing by combining dressing ingredients in a blender; process until well mixed.
Layer torn spinach, fruits and nuts on plate and top with dressing.
Note: The beautiful salad is especially nice for Ladies Luncheons and Sunday Brunches. Everyone raves about it!

With the ingredients in this dressing I doubt that it was featured in any publication with 'light' recipes but I thought I'd pass it along to you in case you want to give it a try.
