INSTANT ICED CAPPUCCINO

A frothy, iced cappuccino style drink, using instant coffee cyrstals.

3/4 cup water
4 ice cubes
4 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant coffee crystals
1 tsp vanilla

Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy.
