Recipe from small Pillsbury magazine, I believe 1998 or early 1999. I remember: Tortilla smeared with cream cheese mixture, sliced thin corned beef luncheon meat, and sushi-type rice, cucumber and roasted red pepper. Don't remember the name because we called it "Mexican Sushi". Lost my recipe and would like the actual seasonings and measurements since I haven't made it in a long time. THANKS.
