My daughter wanted a fajita salad as her birthday meal so I searched the 'net and discovered this recipe. Awesome taste and easy to prepare!!! We had the chicken and onions with mixed greens, guacamole, Black Bean and Corn Salad, and sour cream - raves from everyone and they all agreed that it tasted just like the chicken fajita salad at the restaurant.
