ORANGE CANDIED SWEET POTATOES
6 medium potatoes, or 2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup butter 1/2 tsp. salt
Steam potatoes in small amount of water 15 minutes or until half done. Drain and place in casserole that has been buttered or sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until a thin syrup is formed. Pour over potatoes in casserole.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
