BUFFALO WING DIP WITH BLEU CHEESE AND CELERY
2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup bleu cheese dressing (preferably Marie's) 5 oz. Frank's Red Hot Sauce 1 1/4 cheddar cheese (shredded)
Microwave (covered) cream cheese, hot sauce, and celery. Stir until well blended.
Blend in cooked chicken, 1 cup cheddar, and bleu cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bak an addditional 5 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla scoops. |
