Cottage Cheese-Bacon Dip
8 oz. pkg. creamy cottage cheese 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp. milk 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled Paprika
Combine all ingredients except bacon and paprika. Process in a blender until smooth. Stir in bacon and chill. Garnish with paprika, then serve as a dip with potato chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

BEST Cottage Cheese Dip
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (reg. or low-fat) 2 to 3 chopped green onions 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together until smooth with electric mixer. Add a little milk if needed for a good "dip" consistency. Let refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving with chips or veggies. ENJOY!
