Amaretto Liqueur
7 cups sugar 4 qts. water 1 cup dark corn syrup 1 fifth grain alcohol 5 oz almond extract 2 oz vanilla extract
Add sugar to water and boil for 50 minutes. Remove from heat and add corn syrup. Stir. Cool completely and add alcohol and extracts. Pour into sterile bottle and cork. Store in dark for 4 weeks or longer the better.
