CHICKEN AND RICE (CROCK POT)

3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups rice
4 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

In a crockpot combine chicken water, and bouillon.

Cover and cook 4 hours or until chicken is done.

Remove from liquid and shred chicken. Return to crock pot and add rice and butter and salt and pepper.

Cover and cook until rice is tender.
