HERBED RICE

1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
1 tsp dried basil

In a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Stir in tomatoes and basil. Cook 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
