I have made a great spicey ranch at the place I used to work. Give it a try, it's very easy.

CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing powder
buttermilk
water(optional)
mayonnaise (lite mayo is good also)
small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Follow directions on back of dressing packet but mix all of these ingredients in a food processor. Put in container and refrigerate.
