7 LAYER SALAD

1 bag fresh spinach, torn
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 lb of Swiss cheese, cut into chunks
1 lb of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 (10 oz) box of frozen peas, cooked and cooled down
1 red onion, diced
1 jar of Hellman's mayonnaise

Layer all ingredients in a bowl in the following order
spinach
lettuce
cheese
bacon
peas
onion
mayonnaise

Let sit overnight covered in fridge. Toss just before serving.
