Hi Gladys... . An update on the Jellied Pig's Feet for Jorge. Prepared a half-gallon jar from the recipe we spoke of. Spoke with my son, Shay, yesterday and he told me that Jorge has already eaten over half of the pig's feet! So, my heart-felt gratitude, to you, for making time to look up those recipes for me/Jorge!

Unemployment, here in Ohio, is on the disastrous side; please say a prayer that Shay finds work soon. He is a hard worker, is conscientious, and meticulous. He knows how he performs his work, is like signing his name to every job. But, companies are locating elsewhere, trimming their work force or closing down all together. How sad for not only my son, but others as well.
