The jelly is called jalepeno jelly. It can be found in most grocery stores. It is very delicious with the jalepeno poppers as well as mixing it with cream cheese for a cracker spread. The varieties I have seen are red, green, and yellow. I have tried them all and they are equally as yummy. Enjoy! P.S. I stumbled on this site looking for a recipe for jalepeno poppers. Thanx!
