There was an Ichiban in San Angelo TX that I visited often. It is still open, but I never tried that certain dish. I know what you're talking about when they set it ablaze--it's a clear liquid. Since I live in Japan, and the Japanese name looks familiar.....let me ask around here and see if I come up with an original recipe:)
