AWESOME FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM

2 cup swhipping cream
2 tbsp. raspberry jam (or jam of choice)
1/4 cup sugar (I use confectionary sugar)

In a chilled bowl, add whipping cream and jam. Whip, adding sugar gradually. Beat until mixture is stiff.

Use as a topping for your favorite desserts, filling for tarts or cream puffs. Great on fruit salad!
