Thank you for replying. I had a Cookbook I was going to send to my daughter, and by chance I looked through it for Puff Tacos. The cookbook is The Tex-Mex Cookbook by Robb Walsh. It refures to a San Antonio restaurant called Henry's Puffy Tacos, and has 2 recipes for the meat filling. You might want to look through it and see if you would like them. Thanks
