This is a family favorite (3 generations) and works great with both leftover turkey and chicken!

Leftover poultry (Shredded)
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetable or use those leftover vegetables sitting in your fridge!
leftover gravy (or 1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup)DO NOT USE GENERIC!(ruins taste)
1 tsp of seasoning salt

Throw everything in stock pot on stove, and cook until hot!

All told it takes about 15 minutes of prep (20 if you have to debone the bird)and 10 minutes to cook. Serve with Biscuits

*Also freezes well for up to 2 months :-)

**Typical slumgalleon makes about 4-6 servings
