VEGGIE PIZZA
2 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup water
Combine Bisquick and water. Press in jelly roll pan (ungreasaed). Bake 10 minutes, at 450 degrees. Cool 20 minutes.
Mix with mixer: 1 (8 oz.) pkg crean cheese, softened 2 teaspoon horseradish 1/2 cup onion or 1 tablespoon minced 1 small can of shrimp, (tuna, crab, or chicken) 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Spread on crust.
Top with raw vegetables and cheese. You can use radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, sliced olives, carrots, celery and shredded cheese.
Pat gently.
