Thanks so much for your Japanese dipping sauce recipe.
I had been looking everywhere for a recipe that tasted similar to the sauce I get at the local japanese restaurants... and have had no luck, until now! I tried several other recipes that called for mostly mayo, but in the end, that's just what it tasted like. Pure mayo.
Thanks so much for your recipe. It's almost identical!
p.s.~ I actually put less sugar in it than your recipe called for, and I added a little seasoning salt...it tastes great!
