I'm just about to use my pizza stone for the first time and was happy to see the instructions for use, ie don't use soap to clean and starting with olive oil. Thanks. I saw some mention that the pizza stone was too hot to handle after. Mine came with a stainless steel holder. Thanks again, it was great to find an answer so quickly. LC
