Hi Pat:-) Isn't this a wonderful, easy recipe? My family has always loved it!

1, 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. hot milk
2 eggs (I often use 3 eggs.)
3 tablespoons strong, (liquid)hot coffee
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons rum (optional)

Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes. Pour into ramekins. Chill several hours. (Cover when cool.)
