Usually a Kirsch or any white wine, maybe a stronger flavored one Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio, and table cream or half and half or probably even milk would work. The idea is probably to thin it out as cheese fondue is mucher thicker than chocolate and may not flow as well. Good Luck
