I worked at a resturant a few years ago and one of the chefs I worked with made a dessert, but I dont know the name of it. It involves mixing finely chopped peanuts into a thin batter. Then it is baked like cookies, except that they are very thin and when they come out of the oven they are soft enough to mold into cups. Once the cups hardened by cooling, he filled the cups with chocolate mousse. If you know the name of this and/or a recipe, please let me know. Thanks.
