This fudge recipe comes directly from a can of Eagle Brand:
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can eagle brand 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in a parchment lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill 4 hours or until firm. Remove frome pan and peel off paper. Cut into squares.
Makes about 2 lbs
