My son needs to make this recipe for his class, the recipe is from Uruguay and I need to find out what a dust of baking is. Below is what the recipe is calling for. Can anyone put this in plain English for me.

2 cups of flour
4 tesp of dust of baking
1 tsp of salt
70 grams of butter
2/3 cup of milk

To mix in a bowl the flour, the dust of baking and salt. To add the butter and to crumble it. To join the milk. To form the mass softly, kneading scarcely. To stretch and and cut of 2cm. and 1/2 of high place, with cortapasta. To place in ovenproof greased sheet or in special receptacles and to take to oven of temperature 405 degrees during 15 minutes. To serve them with jams, jellie honey, sweet of milk and etc.

Thank you

Patti
