It's a recipe for scones or biscuits

2 cups of flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup butter [1/2 a stick]
2/3 cup of milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Rub the butter into the flour mixture so that it resembles bread-crumbs. Stir in the milk, to form a soft dough. Do not over-knead. Pat out 1/2 cm thick and cut 2 cm rounds with ?[scone-cutter? pasta=pastry]. Place on a greased oven tray.

Bake in 200 degrees C (405 F) oven for 15 minutes. [check at 12 minutes -my opinion]

To serve them with jam, jelly, honey, sweet of milk [jam and cream, perhaps?] and etc.
