I am supposed to bring an appetizer to a backyard BBQ this Sunday. However, the weather calls for 97 degrees! Does anyone have any simple (I'm not a great cook!) ideas that don't require heating up at the party, won't spoil too quickly as they sit in the hot weather and travel well (the party is about an hour away)? I found a recipe for fruit and cheese kabobs but wasn't sure how well they'd hold up in the heat. Thanks for any advice or help!
