Here are 2 cures for bitter coffee.

1st is add a pinch of salt, this actully works.

2nd is take your leftover egg shells and add them to the coffee grounds, I have also tried this and it works very well the shell absorbs alot of the bitterness if not all. Rinse your egg shells before using them.
