BLUEBERRY LASSI2 cups blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
6 tablespoons superfine sugar
ice cubes
Puree the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in a
blender or
food processor. Pass through a sieve to separate the liquid from the skins. Chill.
TO SERVE:Put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour the Lassi over them.
Lassi is a cooling yogurt drink served in India and the tropics.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
