SWISS MOCHA CHEESECAKE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup white sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. General Foods International Coffees Swiss Mocha flavor 1 tbsp. skim milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (about 3 1/2 cups) 1 Keebler Ready Crust graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream. Measure 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Set remainder aside.
Stir Swiss Mocha coffee and milk into measured 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of mocha flavored cheese mixture into crust.
Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust.
Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife or metal spatula through mixture to form pattern on top.
Refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours). Store leftover pie in refrigerator. |
