PURPLE THUMBS24 pitted prunes
1/2 cup peanut butter
Steam the prunes over boiling water in a colander for 5 minutes or until plump. Cool.
Slit one side open and stuff with the peanut butter. Refrigerate until serving time.
NOTE: You can add coconut or sunflower seed to the peanut butter, if you desire.
