MELETTES
1 3/4 sticks (1 3/8 cups) margarine, melted 2 heaping cups powdered sugar 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
Combine margarine, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter. Spread mixture in a 13x9-inch pan and chill for 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill until the chocolate is hard.
Let Melettes sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes before cutting. Keep leftovers chilled.
