SWEET PARTY MIX

1 bag microwave popcorn (popped)
4 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups pretzel sticks
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 cup sugar

Combine popcorn, Rice Chex and pretzel sticks in large bowl. Set aside.

Melt margarine over low heat in saucepan until melted. Add sugar and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Drizzle or spoon over mixture and toss until well coated.
