SWEET N SOUR MEATBALLS
1 1/2 cups orange juice 3 tablespoons honey 4 teaspoons soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1 (12 oz.) package Rosina Italian Style Meatballs, thawed 1 medium red and green bell peppers cut in 1-inch pieces
Mix juice, honey, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger in a large skillet. Heat to boiling point and be sure cornstarch is dissolved.
Cut meatballs in quarters. Add meatballs and peppers to sauce and heat through.
Serve with toothpicks for an appetizer.
