My niece just had a Halloween party Friday night and made this recipe (she tripled the recipe for the number of people she had) She said that it's spicy, but not terribly so - just has a little kick to it. Said the guests were practically licking the baking dishes!
BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP (MINUS THE WINGS!)
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese 8 oz. Frank's Red Hot sauce 3/4 cup chopped celery 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 1 lb. or 3 boneless breasts that she microwaved in a glass dish and then shredded) 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (Divided use) 1 (12 oz.) bottle Ranch Dressing Tostito chips and celery sticks (to serve)
Combine cream cheese, hot sauce and celery in a bowl and microwave for about two minutes. Stir and continue to microwave (about 30 seconds at a time) until smooth and blended. Add shredded chicken, ranch dressing and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Blend well.
Transfer mixture to a glass baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes and serve with Tostito chips and celery sticks.
