SOURDOUGH BREAD
6 (more or less) cups of flour 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 cup sourdough satrter 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt
Mix ingredients together and let stand overnight. Do NOT refrigerate,
Next morning push down dough. Divide in 4 parts.
Knead each part on floured surface. Put in greased loaf pans. Brush with oil. Let rise 4-6 or more hours.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
