I have a loaded lemon tree. I've given away lots of the fruit, made marmalade and lemon curd, and I've frozen juice in ice cube trays. Can anyone help with recipes to use up some more of the harvest? I'd particularly like to make lemon cordial (a concentrate) to use in our long hot summer. Thanks. Barbara.
