I have eaten at that restaurant! It's one of the more famous Amish/PA Dutch restaurants in that area.

If it wouldn't be too much trouble, I'd love to have the recipe and maybe I can find a source for the dried corn. Have you ever had the dried corn? Very interesting taste and texture. It's almost the flavor of corn that has been roasted on a grill.
