Well unfortunately I have been on vacation and did not see your post earlier so I hope you have yet to serve the brunch menu because I think I have what you are looking for. I have a couple recipes from my mother in law that are a tradition in my husband's family for Christmas morning. I actually use them for other holidays or when company stays over because they are so good and all over night dishes. They are easy recipes and all the prep is done the night before so in they morning you just pull them out of the frig and pop them in the oven.
