MARSHMALLOW GRAHAM CRACKER BARS
30 graham crackers, crushed 2 1/2 cups marshmallows, miniature 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup sugar 2/3 cup butter 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Mix graham crackers, marshmallows, coconut and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix sugar, butter and eggs. Stir and watch closely until butter is melted. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and set aside to cool.
Pour cooled sugar mixture over graham cracker mixture. Spread in a 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
