I tried making the chocolate covered carmel pretzels today. I used the Kraft carmels, added the water, let cool, then dipped in melted chocolate, but the carmel is soooooooo hard. They are not enjoyable to eat. What could I have done wrong or is that how it is supposed to be? I hope someone can help.
