Tried your recipe but I had to be a magician to cook them for the first time. Could you please tell us at what temperature they should cook and about how long. I went 350 and had to open the door often to squeeze them to feel what you call slightly soft.
Another thing, would it affect the cookie if I added more chocolate because the flavour is a bit too quiet? But other than that they are very nice and quite elegant and offered as a gift would make any giver proud. Hope to hear from you...
