My Dad saw a cooking show Saturday Feb 10, 2007 (I don't know what network)that had bacon wrapped oysters served on mini toast rounds. He said he thought they chopped something like parsley or spinich and put on the oysters before they wrapped them in bacon. They made their own mini toasts by cutting out buttered bread with a mini round cookie cutter. If anyone knows this recipe I would love to have it for him. We have a bacon wrapped oyster recipe, but it is simply olive oil, bacon, oysters and parmesan cheese. Thanks in advance! Barbara Bennett
