I just made these 2 days ago and they are superb!!!

CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN MUFFINS

1 can canned 100% Libby's Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix

Mix ingredients well. Batter will be very stiff. Drop by spoonfulls into greased 12 cup muffin pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.

This makes 12 huge muffins.

Note: you will fill the cups nearly full with batter, so don't be alarmed!

Also anyone on Weight Watchers each muffin equals 3 points!
