FROZEN S'MORES
8 sheets graham crackers 1/4 cup marshmallow creme 1 cup chocolate ice cream
Break graham-cracker sheets in half.
Spread 1 teaspoon marshmallow creme onto 8 cracker halves.
Spread 2 tablespoons ice cream onto bare crackers, then top with crackers spread with marshmallow.
Working quickly, wrap s'mores tightly in plastic and freeze 4 hours.
Yield: 8 servings
Per serving (1 sandwich): 106 calories, 4 g fat (2 g saturated), 91 mg sodium, 8 mg cholesterol.
