Hi im looking for either a Skaarup recipe or a million dollor fudge recipe , but the mesurements must be in metric or ounces rather than cups as i am in the uk (most of our recipes are pretty smooth and quite dry)i prefare the more grainy and moist fudge.
i did have a try at converting the weights using an online convertor but something must have went wrong as it never set.
i would ideally like a standard one but any variations are very welcome as i love it allll,
